After only a few years and a few million dollars, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine isn’t waiting “One More Night” to put his beloved Pacific Palisades estate back on the real estate market. Levine and his supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo recently listed the 3-acre property for $57.5 million. The superstar couple purchased the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom compound from the now Hollywood divorced couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for $32 million in 2024. That’s a potential $25.5 million gain! If they meet their asking price, the sale will be considered one of the most lavish in the area, per Los Angeles Times.

The “Girls Like You” singer has called the one-story ranch-style home “our perfect sanctuary.” Originally designed by the “dream home” architect Cliff May in the 1930s, the house is a tight-knit spread styled with the power couple’s personal sense of contemporary art and furniture throughout. The cozy, family-friendly home was featured in Architectural Digest in the summer of 2024, as the Grammy award-winning artist couldn’t say enough about how much they both loved the property, seemingly permanently. In reference to the Rick Owens daybed in the singer’s dressing room closet, Levine stated that the piece would “never” be leaving that house or be made available for purchase, along with the house. Never? The treasured estate is currently represented by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency to only select prequalified buyers.

With nearly 9,000 square feet, Levine’s serene hideaway is nestled beyond an extensive gated drive in the affluent Pacific Palisade’s Riviera neighborhood. The celebrity couple has preserved the home’s style while including simple contemporary elements by way of Clements Design. Some interior amenities include a gym, sauna, yoga studio, and den with wet bar. While making their own enhancements, the efforts of Affleck and Garner are also present on the property with the addition of a basketball court, swimming pool, and an entertainment room, per Realtor.com. Besides the architecture and renovations, one of the main features that captivated the family of four was the expansive backyard. Levine was once quoted as saying that it is rare for L.A. homes to have backyards. Here, their two daughters had plenty of room to play.

With alfresco spaces, the “Moves Like Jagger” singer called upon landscape architect Mark Rios, who implemented the concept of “discrete destinations” with a posh sunken conversation pit, a pool area surrounded by olive trees to accommodate extensive R&R, and a raised platform to either gaze upon the town or take in an oceanic sunset, per Architectural Digest. From Beverly Hills to Montecito, Adam Levine has a reputation for mansion hopping, although this homey pad seems perfect. Hopefully, we won’t have to “Wait” long to see what kind of real estate moves AL and his family will make next.
