Another day means another mansion sold. Superstar Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo just bought a $52 million mansion located in Montecito, California, per New York Post. The house was originally owned and built by none other than the iconic Rob Lowe. Originally, Lowe and his wife Sherly Berkoff purchased the home back in 2005 and built the mansion that currently stands. However, Levine and Lowe aren’t the only celebrity owners of this luxurious home. Prior to Levine’s purchase, the mansion was previously owned by other A-list stars including Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGenerous.
Per The Ebbin Group, this two-story mansion along with an outdoor guest house sits on just over three acres of land. The home itself is around 10,000 square feet in size while the guest house is about 800 square feet. This home also features a pool house as well at the same measurements. This home includes six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms along with several other unique rooms including a home theater, game room, and wine cellar just to name a few.

While the inside of the house is impressive, let’s first discuss the outside. Perhaps, one of the most exciting things about this home is the ocean views. According to New York Post, the home has porches on the backside of the house that have an incredible view of the pacific ocean. This is perfect for dinner, morning coffee, or just to relax with a good book. Furthermore, to add to the relaxation, there is an outdoor living room with a fireplace. While the back porch is perfect for any weather, the living room and fireplace combination is perfect for those cold winter months when one just wants to sit outside.
Another equally impressive exterior to this home is the tennis court. This is perfect to entertain guests, especially in the sunny California weather. Speaking of warm weather, this home also includes an inground pool. This is ideal to cool off from the hot sun and take a quick dive. There are also plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool and a hot tub located on the far end. There’s also a pool house for one to find some quick shade and take a break from the heat.

Okay, now it’s time for the main event. The interior of this gorgeous home and all of its extravagant rooms. For starters, let’s talk about the main and standard rooms. While these rooms are some that every home has, they are far from basic. The living room can be described as a city-meets-country aesthetic. Multiple brown-colored leather chairs are some of the most eye-catching furniture in this room. The brown wooden floors also are equally as appealing as well as the floor-to-ceiling windows. The grand piano in the corner is not to be missed, as is the bar that meets in between the kitchen and living room, via The Ebbin Group.
Speaking of the kitchen, this one is one that cooks can only dream of. The bright white walls and matching cabinets bring natural light into the room, which is the perfect cooking setting. The white marble countertops also help with this as well. The main events of this kitchen, such as the refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, are all state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. The medium brown shade of flooring is perfect to bring all of the bright colors together and to even out the lighting. The small light brown dining table helps as well and is perfect for eating breakfast in the morning or having a quick snack during the day.
Theater and game room

As if this home couldn’t get any better, it is filled with several extraordinary rooms that most don’t have. One of the most extravagant rooms is the home theater. With a big flat screen upfront, this room has one main row of sitting that consists of black leather chairs, per The Ebbin Group. The second row is a big dark gray couch that wraps around the back wall. In between these two seats are three small golden tables. To keep the room relatively dark, the window seals and blinds are black, which helps keep out the sunlight.
Last, but most certainly not least, is the game room. In the middle of the floor are two significantly big items. The first is a wooden pool table complete with the pool balls, trays, and sticks needed to play any type of pool. The second is a large round table with matching chairs that can be used for those not playing and wanting to watch instead. On one side of the room are a flat-screen tv and several shelves that hold a variety of different books. The shelves continue onto the wall adjacent to it and are also filled with a variety of books. This wall also consists of three windows midway through the shelves, which allow for natural lighting to flow through the room.
