DIRECTOR of FINANCE

The Director of Finance will be a strategic leader to help shape the development of Global Ideas to sustainably deliver its social mission to shape and connect the next generation to lead change in global health. We believe that through education for global health action, the Global Ideas community will be equipped and motivated to make a difference to the health of the communities in which they live and work.

DIRECTOR of organisational development

The Director of Organisational Development will be a strategic leader to help shape the development of Global Ideas to sustainably deliver its social mission to shape and connect the next generation to lead change in global health. We believe that through education for global health action, the Global Ideas community will be equipped and motivated to make a difference to the health of the communities in which they live and work.

DIRECTOR of PARTNERSHIPS

At Global Ideas we believe a more integrative, human centred approach is required to think more creatively about developing inclusive and sustainable responses to global health challenges. Therefore Partnerships are crucial to the Global Ideas mission by bridging gaps between key global health actors including governments, corporates, not-for-profits, new start-ups and the wider health and development community. We believe there is great opportunity to build the capacity of the next generation to lead change in global health through our partner organisations.

You will be an exceptional ambassador on our executive Board of Directors, as Director of Partnerships, to develop our networks and relationships within the corporate, government and social sectors to best deliver our mission.

DIRECTOR of PEOple & culture

Our team is focussed on building the knowledge, skills, attitudes and networks of the next generation to lead change in global health; so our people are our key investment in creating global health impact. The Director of People and Culture will be an exceptional leader to shape the development of our organisation on our executive Board of Directors.

Partnerships OFFICER

We are recruiting a Partnerships Officer to assist in developing our networks and relationships under the guidance of our Director of Partnerships and Partnerships Manager. Partnerships is a cross-cutting portfolio in Global Ideas and therefore the team is required to work flexibly across each Program. As the Partnerships Officer you will enhance our collective ability to have global health impact by brokering and maintaining relationships with our key Partners.

FINANCE OFFICER

We invite applications for the position of Finance Officer. The Finance Officer will work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and maintain sound financial management systems and internal controls in order to facilitate smooth financial processes, governance and accountability.

digital marketing manager

We invite applications for the position of Digital Marketing Manager.

Ideally, you will be a digital jack-of-all-trades, able to jump in and make some website tweaks, as well as providing recommendations and insights into audience behaviour.

Media/PR officer

We invite applications for the position of Media/PR Officer. You will be the taking the lead on external communication of Global Ideas’ content, sharing the brilliant stories and ideas that emerge from our Programs.

social media officer

We invite applications for the position of Social Media Officer. The Social Media Officer(s) have primary responsibility for engaging the Global Ideas audience to disseminate key advocacy messages and build momentum around our global health leadership and innovative Forum, Labs and Design Jam programs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will create and post social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Meet-Up in line with the social media strategy.

Forum ARTS & CULTURE officer

We invite applications for the position of Arts & Culture Officer for the Global Ideas Forum. As Arts & Culture Officer, you will deliver an enhanced Forum experience for the delegates by curation of the Arts & Culture program. You will report to the Forum Convenor.
